Manager ,So hehe straight forward has gone out of her way to get us in quickly courteously straight to the point we appreciate one day all paperwork and move in.maintenance always kept up nicely ! always redoing ,upkeep new fence Etc the best place to live in this small little area by McChord entrance severe drug-infested , gang violence quiet little apartment complex well-maintained
Renters beware the owners and managers are slum lords! They are racist my boyfriend moved me in with permission we did all the correct paperwork and when shoee the manger found out I was black she wanted me out! She even refused payment of rent and filed a false evictiction saying we didn't pay rent the judge dismissed the eviction and the company was sol for rent lol so the next step she did was file another enviction for me not being on the lease which is a like and the lawyer Mr. Allen support this! They trashed the paper... read more
