The front desk staff is rude. From their body language to their tone. There are conflicting signs in the office about where to check in. Don’t make the mistake of choosing the wrong door. If you do, you’ll surely catch an attitude and have the glass partition door slam behind you as you head over to the waiting area. You’re treated like an inconvenience. I had a really wonderful experience the day of my procedure. I was really nervous, however, the ladies in my operating room made me so comfortable. I laughed, I cried, and I left feeling really well cared for. I have to go back for the same procedure on my other leg and I have my fingers crossed I get the same staff members! I can't say enough positive things about them.

Poor customer service and less than average outcomes. Knew from the day my wife entered this clinic that she should have gone elsewhere. She sat in an exam room for 30 minutes waiting for a provider. I had to go complain to the front desk before someone finally went in and saw her. Simple Varathena procedure went poorly, follow up, patient education, and support have been weak from the primary provider. He always sends an underling in to take the heat with patients.
