They were highly professional from start to finish, which includes having official forms to fill out our specific details, and official invoices that broke down what we were getting. My husband and I had an amazing experience with DJ Rick and his wife. They were both extremely professional and patient. DJ Rick made time to answer all our questions. Our guests loved the list of songs that were played. The DJ was ready with any last minute changes and open to any guest song suggestions. They were very well prepared with their equipment and backup equipment just in case. Everyone at our wedding got to also enjoy the photo booth included in our package. We hired Southwest Production Company to DJ our wedding in October 2023. Overall, the equipment setup was of good quality and the package was affordable, but the DJ was extremely unprofessional and didn’t curate song choices appropriately. The DJ acted rude to a number of our guests, planners, and venue staff. On the day of our wedding, we were surprised that we had find him to introduce ourselves. We had the best experience with Southcoast Production Group! We worked with Laura to get a photo booth set up for our wedding and everything was perfect; beyond our expectations! Laura was flexible and easy to communicate with. Our guests love the Photo Booth, it was the highlight of the night! Highly recommend Southcoast Production Group.
