Fantastic, prompt, professional, pragmatic service. After my call, the door tech was here in very short order. He figured out what was wrong from my sending pictures and he was able to fix a rather complicated problem in less than an hour for a VERY reasonable fee. The best of the best.
From the very beginning, communication was amazing. The owner kept me updated with our custom design every step of the way. He understood we had a budget for our garage and never tried to push anything extra on us. We ended up getting everything we wanted and even more, all for a great price. When our HVAC subcontractors accidentally damaged the motor, The owner came out himself and took care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find. The product quality is just as great as the service. Highly recommend!
