Was upset over my appointment being canceled after having waited so long to get in...Must give my physician an A +...Once I contacted him he was willing to make sure I had an earlier appointment. ..So appreciative...
Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Dr. Murphy is a great doctor, but I will not continue to wait 2-3 hours when I have an appointment.
Dr Updegraff has truly changed my life. I am now working on bettering my health. I am always happy to go to my visits with her she makes me feel like a daughter instead of just a patient. The staff at the office are always so helpful and friendly even on the phone.
I love Dr. Updegraff she's loving and has excellent bedside manners.
We love Dr. Murphy. He explains everything, and makes my 3 Autistic children feel at ease during their appointments. The only time we have to wait, is if we've walked in without an appointment, and they are working us in.
