Far from great. Denied me of services after waiting for over 2 hours and refused to accommodate me because I was waiting outside of the building despite me coming in multiple times and being ignored by the front desk lady. It was 1 hour before close so really no reason to deny me when there was only 2 other people on the board…….Very upsetting to see when someone is in need and gets denied services for no reason.
