Terrible front desk service. Highly recommend going to a different location
Lab is only opened M W F 8a to 12p. Please hire more staff.
Showed up at 4pm to be seen (they closed at 5pm) I checked the website for over 24 hours trying to secure an appointment decided to finally walk in once I saw there was only a 15 minute wait. Walked in and signed in and then as soon as I checked and they told me they were no longer seeing patients for the day and I was turned away. There’s no notices anywhere inside or online saying they stopped taking patients an hour before the clinic closes.
Checked in as a walk in and the computer didnt save my appt i was here before the staff and now have to wait 4 hours to be seen… worse times than the er!!!! Told the lady at the desk.. who unlocked the doors when she opened it i was the first one in with her … they say to make online appts i had been trying since yesterday and i only opened at 850am … horrible business practices … the providers treat this place like a primary care office its urgent care in and out its not supposed to have excessive wait times!!!!
