If I could give less stars I would. I haven't ever seen my PCP in person 1st off. 2nd I try to take care of myself with some heart problems I have and because of traffic I was 10 mins late for 30 min appointment....which I called and was told it would be ok....also it was supposably noted that I was coming from work so a late arrival was to be expected.
