Dr Patel has such a huge ego it gets in the way of looking after patients...gets mad when trying to contact him for pain management and calls my primary care doctor to whine about me trying to get ahold of him when his office never ever answers phone calls. Complete waste of my time
Honestly, i will admit that this rating had me scared and concerned for a moment there. I understand. Everyone has their own experiences and their own feelings. My own personal experience was and I mean this with every fiber of my being…..it was EXCELLENT. I am a new patient for Dr. O'Donnell and their entire staff made me feel so welcomed and they genuinely cared. They encouraged me that I will be back to normal and that I’ve got this.
