Acted like I was ridiculous for asking for my kid to be excused from automotive shop for a week, since they were in a walking boot and couldn’t even step onto the shop floor without steel toes. Ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE "guess its NOT a hip problem" AFTER doing hip surgery "sucks to be you just suffer" AND BANNED ME... get seen 5 YEARS LATER for a different and unrelated orthopedic issue and sent home with a prescription that im ALLERGIC TO (only asked and told 4 times) called in to inform them that happened...and get my upcoming appointment CANCELLED WITH NO NOTIFICATIONS AND BILLED ME FOR AN MRI I NEVER HAD LIED TO ABOUT ANOTHER MRI..told it was left knee ONLY, nope it's both legs in the machine TAKE... read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences with Dr. O’Donnell and his office. My mother had ankle surgery performed by Dr. O’Donnell and was instructed that she could walk on her ankle. While following those instructions, a screw broke in her ankle simply from walking on it. This has been an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience for my mother and our family.
