I arrived with a friend who had to return a 24 hour Urine on 27Dec2018. On his standing at the window for sign in at 10:05 AM, he was ignored as the staff who views him from 3 feet away in the office continued to laugh and talk without acknowledging him or asking him why he continued to stand there. Absolutely horrible experience in several ways. One of those ways was dealing with the billing department. To put it simply, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Worst customer service I have ever had with medical billing. I even had a billing department employee tell me that their "system" was hard to understand. The issues (mainly billing) were so bad and repetitive that we have switched to another doctor with another practice and will never return to any South Coast Health offices for any reason.
