Dr. Nazare is truly one of my favorite doctors here in Savannah. I am glad she is my primary care doctor. Her staff is always friendly, from the front desk, to all the professional medical staff in the back. I find Dr. Nazare thorough with my overall healthcare and she has always had a great bedside manner with me. If you go for your physical, they will ask for a urine sample.
