The place was garbage the food was cold the showers were cold the slab was cold and it only makes a cold heart DO NOT GO

Wish I could give a zero stars. I had a family member admitted for an Evaluation during a medication change. Long story but will try to make it short. Labs were never drawn. Medication not given . Pt spoke up and staff still said no. I received an apology the next day after many phone calls.. the place is filthy. Whenever I question something the response was not my job or we are short staffed. Finally I was able to contact another facility and had him transferred ( Southcoast was no help). The facility was filthy. There were bugs in my room and food and drink stains on the walls. Most of the staff were rude and unprofessional. There was one doctor and two social workers.For the whole facility. The milk in the cafeteria was expired on a daily basis and the food bothered my GI track.
Kids are snortin benedryl y’all gotta do something about this.
