The people working in these shops have little to no experience. The business owner runs his ship like garbage. As an ex employee i know that they do not follow regulations for tire changing. The new general manager has no idea about tires. Not even how to read one. The business owner is taking 60$ from check for being late...(highly illegal) also charges 250 from the check when we cant afford a baby sitter and have to bring a child to work.... All in all the shop sucks balls

this shop was open on Sunday, gave us an amazing price on two new tires, was able to get the work done today and the customer service from the girl on the phone was outstanding! Highly recommend!

The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. When asked for assistance she asked “what more do you want from me”. I bought a tire a few weeks ago that shredded as i was driving. When calling to rectify the issue i got the rude store manager who left nothing but a negative impression with SoCo. I have been going here for years and have also sent several people over the years to this location but after today I’m done dealing with unprofessional and careless store managers who response to your issue is they will be waiting for you’re negative Facebook review. Great job on customer service smh!!

I won’t go anywhere else since my first experience this summer needing a tire! Just had to revisit them due to what I thought was my tire turned out to be my rim. Everyone here is amazing! Purchased a replacement rim and went back to have them mount it for me. Best service by far!! Top knot has customer experience/service plus honest and quick repair guys! If you need tires or tire repairs definitely the best in the area!!
