Bad customer service and the product (22k) MP12 body had a rookie paint job and a number of bad welds but the real problem is that after they sold me on the new lock system for the lockers I’ve been struggling to get them to work- multiple hours grinding steel etc! Clearly the quality control has drastically deteriorated. Update- 2 seasons in and having wiring problems with the dump body hoist- I emailed South Co and got nothing -
