They allow their staff to leave nasty notes about how we need to stop putting trash outside our trashcan. Our can is in FRONT of a business. Obviously it's people shopping in the plaza. We have our OWN TRASH CANS in the back of our building. Why would we use that small one out front ?! 2nd nasty note that's been left in a 1 yr frame and it isn't even us.
Excellent property maintenance services. They take care of your property as if it was their own. I always recommend SouthCo!
Don't bother with this company! You're better off doing the job yourself! Not to mention how RUDE the staff is! I'd give them negative stars if I could.
