Great place to live. I have been living here for the past 15 years. However, there have been a few instances where disagreements have arisen over some unusual issues. For example, bird feeders are no longer allowed due to concerns about bears, and a proposal for a community pool was rejected even though it would only have required a small increase in residents' fees. Despite these occasional conflicts, it remains a wonderful community.
