The staff are unprofessional, especially front desk staff, the Asian lady with glasses is very rude and unprofessional even the Doctor Hong Dhang Ngo was yelling at me to not understanding what he was saying, wouldn’t recommend this clinic go elsewhere save yourself from wasting your money and unnecessary headaches
The staff are very very rude I came back to the clinic 3 times cause of errors that were made by the clinic and they decide to charge me for the errors that they made, the Asian girl with glass at the front desk is very rude even doctor Hong Danh Ngo was very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend this clinic save your self some embarrassment and time and go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this doctor and his entire office staff. He takes the time to truly listen to every single one of my concerns and always explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. What I appreciate most is that he remembers my previous concerns and keeps them in mind as we continue any treatment, nothing ever feels rushed or overlooked.
