They do not accept a major insurance plan VSP. I called the day before to check if they would accept VSP- they checked my member ID and said yes, the exam would be covered by my insurance plan. When I showed up said they’re not in network with VSP. They claimed to have sent an email to me on this but I only received a confirmation email.
We have been coming here every year for about 12 years and every time it's an enjoyable experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable and always Tell us if we have any questions to just ask. We will be back next year.
I would give them a zero if possible. Rude, poor service, and over charged. Run away from this business.
