Staff is very friendly and helpful, Cici has great customer service. My exam was super quick and thorough. Overall great experience here and will continue coming back.
Medicaid beware! Will happily charge your insurance for an eye exam but will not use medicaid through apple health to pay for glasses. After calling around for hours, I found plenty of opticians that will take medicaid for the exam and to cover glasses but who will not take an outside prescription. Also refuses to give PD so you can't use your prescription online.
The staff and doctors are very courteous and professional. They listen to you and seem to have your best intetest at heart.
