Great Medical Services.
The receptionists have the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Seems like the do not care about patients and would rather be any where else.
Don't want to mention the practitioners name specifically but due to the one person and their service provided over 2 separate times of contact. I will not visit this clinic again. It's not ok to attempt to charge someone a service fee without advising them there would be one during a results call!!! During the in person GP consult, I was made to feel rushed and my questions were repeatedly answered with the same response as before. I did not feel I was assessed properly but trusted the process.
