I hardly write a negative review for services such as these, so I do this with a very heavy heart. For anyone looking for a local GP surgery, stay away from this one. You will be welcome for as long as you keep mum over mistreatment; the day you decide to advocate for your own self is the day the covert bullying begins. More's the pity!
It's been a long time since I was last there, things changed over the years
Had my Total Care Plan booked for today. I was unwell and rang ( prior to the appt time) to advise that I wouldn't be able to make it. I was offered a consult over the phone which I accepted. I thought the likely call would come at my scheduled appt time but it didn't. After waiting 5 hours I rang again and was advised that the doctor, Joshua Ariens, would be informed and the receptionist would ring back with further information.
