Not Great Anymore This used to be a nice place to live, but not anymore. Snippy staff members that will take anyone else’s word about a complaint except the word of someone who has been the subject of a single complaint are capable of making your life a challenge. There is no warning structure in these cases - even a single complaint is enough to get you a lease non-renewal in the form of a 30-day notice to vacate. Don’t Be Fooled This place seemed wonderful at the beginning, but it turned into a nightmare, actually. The garages flood with every significant rainfall, rent goes up 3%-4% a year, repairs are more often than not treated as the tenant’s fault, and security deposits, we found out, are seldom returned in full.
Fantastic Value for the Money I've been at Skyline Estates for a year and a half now. I really enjoy living here and my particular unit has the two car garage which is a great value which you will not get with all the new "luxury" apartments coming up. Management and maintenance has always been responsive and cooperative with me. one thing is there are cracks and holes in the drywall in some spots and by the windows. I have the pond view as well which I really really enjoy watching all the birds.
The manager is very disrespectful This place was nice but the manager is terrible. Charged me for unnecessary damage which I have pictures of and they won’t work with me. Please do not move here. It will be a huge mistake.
One of the best We've lived here for almost 3 years now and this is easily the best apartment we've had in the Green Bay area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can almost never hear your neighbors. Pets allowed, a garage with the apartment. Whenever we've had any problems at all Dale the maintenance man has been here within a day to fix them. Do not move here! Do not move here. Lived there over a year, and worked them on everything and never complained about anything and never missed a payment. So, naturally after our lease we started looking for a home. On our happiest day June 2nd became our worst day June 4th. As, they wanted us to pay for the whole next month when we wouldn’t even be there because I didn’t email them on the first, which again I wasn’t notified of our accepted offer on the house till June 2nd, and which again they are closed on the weekends. Charged us for unnecessary damages They charged us at the end of our rent for "damages" that we didn't make. They also did not inform us or mention these damages during our walk through check out. They did not take into consideration the pet deposit we put down either. The company was also terrible at getting things fixed timely. It took us 6 months to have a working washing machine.
Great Experience I was a tenant of Skyline for 6 months 12/15-6/16. I had a great experience. The apartment itself was very new and up to date with appliances/ appearance. Any maintenance issues I had were dealt with promptly. I was on the first floor and really could not hear any neighbors (upstairs or on the side). I was also right next to the stairwell and mailboxes, neither of which ever were a bother. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
Mrs linda frish 2 bedroom apt , dishwasher , heat included in rent , no yard work . Garage available for an extra fee . Maintenance man on call at all times , as well as apartment manager .
