What happened to my mom due the shitty care from their lack attention on my mom's foot care wounds . They claim.had wound care specialist . This resulted 3 infections leading to end up hospital with two amputation one above the knee amputation and below . My mom had 2 amputation with a week time in early September 2025 . The RN RPN and Dr also the Director of care are all responsible from (Manoir Marchel) The facility management lacks empathy and compassion for residents families. This is care mom has received, past mnths. Since April, two falls, one surgery due to first fall, two hospitalizations with returns that DID NOT have reassessed care plan in place. Requests for bed guardrails are acceptable for use per Ministry standards, ignored. Past weekend my mom found on the floor twice in one night. Is this proper, compassionate care.
This is a grat work place, & Praveen is a good Director- 👌 i have no issues or concerns - it's just smooth going and I am happy.
