Southbee is fantastic. I have used Joape fans to cool my backyard in Texas and I love them. Low maintenance and they work great. I needed a part for one and I found Southbee online. Emailed them and got a response immediately from Lucas. Not sure if he is the owner, but he was fantastic! Phenomenal customer service. He found the part and shipped it to me that day. I love working with companies like this one.
