This is my second time using this company for a major move across the country. Both times the team has been very punctual, polite and very professional. Others seem to have great experiences with Southbay Moving Systems, which makes ours even more disappointing. My husband is active duty military and Southbay was assigned to our unaccompanied baggage. We were 4 days from our flight overseas, and Southbay didn’t show up for their contracted move. They didn’t even contact us. I had to reach out to them each time the arrival window they provided us passed.
