Staff has been good, especially Gena Craemer, but to get someone to answer a phone is almost impossible. Almost every time I try. Today has been especially bad. Waited 20 min the first time and hung up and now have been on for 52 minutes. Terrible.
I've made 4 appointments, nothing has been solved. It's just a Referral to another clinic farther and farther away. The Transportation for Call the Car won't create an account for me. Should be able to sue for Negligence and incompetence
I have been fortunate to be seen by Gsil Gabourel, MD. The system is stacked against the staff, minimal time allotted for each visit. In spite of this, she has provided attentive and personal care. Showing real concern and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome. Thorough and understandable explanations for my labs and imaging results. What I would deem above and beyond efforts to secure my needed specialist follow up appointments. THANK YOU.
