Not the best but also not the worst. Appointments get cancelled sometimes. Think there is something wrong with their scheduling system. It said I had an appointment at a different clinic I've never been to before. I wish appointments did't get cancelled so much.
Excellent medical office. I read the reviews and I was scared to go to the doctor, but everything went great. I don't understand why people write such bad reviews. The office is clean, the receptionist is friendly, and I was seen within 10 minutes. The nurse (I don't remember her name) was very attentive and interested in helping me. The customer service is not that great. The environment feels very hostile when you walk in, and I've lost count on the number of times the doctor has called in sick, and I, or my family members, have had to reschedule our appointments. Very disappointed with the lack of communication to patients, and mediocre customer service. Please take this as constructive criticism, as we want this office to succeed just as much as the workers do.
Front desk is rude sometimes. It makes me not look forward to going there for appointments. Many appointments get cancelled last minute.
