It takes so long to get through on the phone, they never answer. When I finally was able to schedule an appointment to have a nurse administer an injection for my son, I had to remove the medication from the refrigerator and have it at room temperature for 45 minutes and then drove over and had to wake my son up from his nap, only to be told that there was no nurse there and I would have to reschedule . These people are the absolute worst. They keep canceling my appointment and then they send me texts for about an appointment I have in a different location that I didn’t make. I have been on hold waiting over 1.5hrs to speak to someone. When that was a waste of time I walked over to the clinic that is closed between 12-1pm. So I couldn’t speak to anyone there either. Not to mention the 3 appointments I did have where I waited an hour before walking out. When it was Healthy Families I would be seen within 15min of my arrival ... read more
The staff here are incredible! They went above and beyond to really make sure all of my concerns were fully evaluated. Dr. Yvonne has incredible bedside manner and I’m really glad I found this clinic! Excited to keep working with this team
