I waited for months for my doctors appointment and drove 40 minutes to get to the office only to be told the Dr wasn’t feeling well and the appointment was cancelled. I don’t fault the Dr for being sick, but the receptionist said she called me but I have 0 record of that on my phone. No voicemail. No missed call. They then rescheduled me another 3 months out.
Felt great when I walked in there was sick the next morning.
Outstanding service from the entire team, especially Nurse Barbara, who went above and beyond to assist with important tests related to my overall health. Thank you infinitely for your greatly appreciated care!
Not the best but also not the worst. Appointments get cancelled sometimes. Think there is something wrong with their scheduling system. It said I had an appointment at a different clinic I've never been to before. I wish appointments did't get cancelled so much.
