A new management Co has taken over. Forcing out many elderly to leave their homes. My grandmother lived there for decades and the land rent has increased to 1400- 2000 a mo for those buying in on there price gouged land. Elderly are scared of all this and many were forced to sell their property and try and find housing. Feels like thry want the elderly out and make itba non senior park. They should be ashamed for how greedy this corporation is.
