Now I can see why this clinic has so low rating. I have been calling the just now, and they drop my calls as soon I get in to the walk in extension number! Now you have another 1*! 🥺

Walk in's Doctor is so nice. She is kind and helping us many time. 06/17/2026 renewed The doctor who has become our family doctor is wonderful. Dr. K is kind, principled, and above all, full of hospitality and love. She is a doctor we can absolutely trust. I also really like the reception staff and nurses at the family doctor's office; they are all very cheerful. I don't understand why the reviews are bad.

This is the worst clinic ever , I had an appointment for my two month old for 3pm and didn’t get seen until 4:30 that’s ridiculous but when other people that speak the same language as them come they are seen In less than 5mins , I will never come back to this place again , I’m even changing my family doctor because this is beyond madness … what’s the point of booking an appointment then

I had good experience. I cut my finger and didn't bandage properly, the wound kept bleeding and painful. I went to the Southbank walk in , the wait time was very short , Dr. saw me and helped me to bandage my wound on my finger , I felt less pain right away and much better the next day , less than 24 hours, I have no more pain . Thank you. The receptionist was nice and helpful.
