Disappointed. South Haven RV company did not address our initial concern relate to the delay in our pre-scheduled service. Our service was scheduled for 12/17/2024, 10:00AM, and our RV was dropped off as agreed per Mr. Dillon, 12/14/2024 and the weather was not an issue with no indications of any pending freezing temperature or below 40 degrees. In reading these reviews, it appears that most of the 5-star ratings are from customers who made an initial purchase. Yay for sales! On the other hand, the 1 or 2 star ratings are from those who have had a problem requiring service and/or repair. In each of these low reviews, the response of the company owner is very telling. It is clear that Southaven RV and Marina is "held to the mat" by manufacturer warranties. In every response the buck is passed, leaving the customer out of luck.
