So I called this company to find out they had been bought out by Terminex. I had to go through 3 prompts to get someone on the phone. Once I finally got someone they were not local and could not discuss issues other than setting an appointment. What happened to customer service! I asked the person on the phone if they got bought out and she sarcastically stated if I was telling to her than that meant yes they did! We got a new dog, brought it inside to play with and then realize that she had ticks all over her. So we called this service to have them come and spray the house and get rid of the ticks outside. Instead of coming and giving us a service we didn't need, over the phone, they explained that they probably didn't come from our yard and gave us instructions about how to fix up without charging us a penny!
Great service. We had to get rid of fleas before moving in, and the technician was extremely prompt and responsive and worked with our schedules. He followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. If we have any more extermination needs in the future, we will definitely use him again.

They've come through for complimentary follow ups and work until it's taken care of. They're kind, considerate and have come through at any hour I've needed them to be here. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so, because they'll keep working until it's actually gone.
