I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Southard and her team. I came to her with multiple dental issues after having a few disappointing experiences elsewhere. She took the time to listen and discuss options I never knew existed. Thanks to her knowledge and care, my dental issues have been addressed for a fraction of what I expected. 6/18/26 Southard has done work on me before and I was exceptionally pleased. This time she was really rude and showed lack of compassion. I mentioned something to the assistant yet about me being traumatized by another dentist at an Aspen in Memphis. Southard tried to humiliate me in front of my husband as in looking forward to getting ne denturd. I will never go back to her nor recommend her services. My first visit here was today and I couldn’t be happier. From Lauren at the front desk to the dental assistant and dentist. Very polite, professional and caring. The dentist even showed me my options between a bridge or an implant and the pros and cons for each and even had a kit to demonstrate how each would work and how long each process takes. Highly recommend!
Dr. Southard is by far the best dentist I’ve ever seen! Her entire office is so welcoming and sweet! She responded even on a weekend and was able to help over the phone so I could be seen Monday. 10/10 recommend her to anyone!
