Doc and her staff are the absolute best at what they do! Dealing with TMJ for years, occasional flare ups happen. They never hesitate to immediately get me better! I called Lauren on a Friday and within an hour I had medicine and an appt for that Monday. They’ve treated our family for years and hands down, they’re the best!
I was referred here for a Mandibular Advancement Device, and during my one appointment they were very professional and kind. The people working there took a mold of my teeth and told me they'd call me once they heard back from insurance. I had very high hopes after my first appointment. I cannot express how disappointed I am in Dr. Heather Southard. My family and I have been her patients for several years now but we will no longer be seeing her. My daughter saw Dr. Southard to have crowns placed on her two front teeth. Five visits later, my daughter is now having to go to an endodontist for a root canal. She has been in excruciating pain, missing school, missed ball practice, and missed work because Dr. Southard shaved too much of her natural tooth causing an inflammatory response. I absolutely love this establishment. My family and I have been patients for years. It starts at the door, where customer service is awesome and we’re greeted with a smile. The staff is like part of the family. They’ve been here for us through the good and bad times. They’ve not only been here for us for Great dental hygiene, but for support all across the board!!!
