I've been going on a regular basis to this place for about 2 years because that's how great it is! The food is good too. Some people are complaining about having to leave something at the front desk before you enter. That's probably so customers don't run out without paying when they leave.
I was here last year and now yesterday, let's just say service went from bad to worst. I wouldn't recommend it.
Very different and a lot of relaxing fun! Our services were fantastic, food was good, no problems. It was neat to experience a Russian and Turkish sauna!
