I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. The office staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked compassion during a difficult time. Especially Mary Ellen and the office manager. Mental health care should involve understanding and empathy, but I did not feel supported or treated with respect. I was especially upset by how my financial situation was handled regarding a no-show fee. spa has been my lifeline for many years. The psychiatrists are particularly astute and wise. I have been led, advised and gently prodded toward mental health. The psychologists and social workers are generally excellent. l highly reccomend spa.
