I like my area, it's quiet. However, for what I'm paying, I shouldn't have to use a pot of water and my oven to keep my apartment warm. The lobby is warner than all of the apartments. Another issue is some of the tenants feel like they're entitled. They don't dispose trash or recycling properly. It's disgusting to view, and they've lived here forever. 12/31/23 I don't know if I need to take a video of this as proof. But the water pressure is super low. I like walking outside and sometimes seeing people
Water pressure is supper slow in all floors. Appointment’s rooms are small. Supervisor RUDE and RACIST. All building filled with cockroaches. Apartments prices super high.
Way too expensive, apartments way too small, they care more about the outside, not the inside, the lobby has better quality then the highest quality apartment in the building, management is just rude, and i fall down the stairwell weekly
