I love this gym. Great staff, friendly members, not too crowded or dead, awesome classes and everything thing you need for a good burn. Cant stay away!

Just started the weight loss challenge and attended my first class, body combat. Wow! Great class, it really kicked my butt. Every one has been so supportive and encouraging, just what one needs to get mo in'.
Love everything about this place . I love working there. I love my Co workers , and the members ... it is definitely my second home . I am.blessed to be a part of it and.its fabulous energy and mission to change lives and.help.people.live the best life they can to help them get feeling as good as they can.through hard work , dedication , nutrition and exercise .<3
