It was first ever visit for Osteopathy and I am glad that it went well. I met with Dr. Francesca who seemed very professional, respectful and taught me some exercises to continue at home till my next visit.
Francesco has a very kind and calming approach which is important to me, being new to the city and environment. I really like that he focuses on self management and maintaining wellness practices, not just point of time treatment and healing.
I had a great experience at South Yarra Osteopathw with Dr Franchesco. I didn't realise how much of my energy was zapped by my on going shoulder and neck pain. His techniques and professional advice helped fixed my problems. Very grateful and highly recommend South Yarra Osteopathy.
