Lisa is a brilliant osteo who genuinely cares about her patients. I had lower back pain for a year, and seeing physiotherapists wasn’t helping. She didn’t give up until she found the root cause, and after just three sessions, I’m finally seeing real improvement.
I had a compressed disc and a lot of pain from a sports injury, and was a little nervous about going to an osteopath for the first time. Lisa was an absolute dream. Clear, friendly, informative and fun, I was at ease the whole time. She passed on really useful information while giving immediate relief to my injury, and made sure that I was equipped with knowledge outside of the session. I went to see Lisa off the back of a recommendation (and after seeing another osteo earlier in the year that I wasn’t happy with). Lisa is awesome – she really knows her stuff, makes you feel comfortable, gets to the root cause of the problem, and isn’t trying to get you back regularly forever. Highly recommend. :-)
