From the moment you enter their office everyone is so friendly and helpful and makes you feel welcomed. As you are escorted into the room to meet with Dr. Norige and his assistant you are treated like you are part of the family. Dr. Norige is very thorough with going over the details of the services that need to be performed and is the most outstanding dentist that I have been to in a number of years.
Everyone there is always helpful!
Although I used to 'dread' going to the dentist - Dr. Norige and Deb make my experience as delightful as one can say the experience is. I always think about cancelling the appointment before I go, but know that I'll come away happy.
I felt more comfortable, had a top notch exam, Debra explained everything to me. All together I had a great experience.
Excellent caring thorough detailed. I have been dealing with another dentist for a year and the issues have not only been unresolved the outcome is terrible. South Windsor Smiles explains everything in detail let’s you talk about all your concerns. Weighs out all your options and consults other surgeons on the best way to avoid unessesary surgery. I’m going to be me again by Christmas. Best present ever!!!!
I haven’t been to the dentist in about 10 years. The staff never made me feel stupid about that decision and was all very pleasant and took the time to explain everything to me. I wasn’t kept waiting and was taken in at exactly up my appointment time. I was told I would be in for an hour and it was exactly an hour on the dot. I will be recommending this officer and will be bringing my daughter for a visit too!
Amazing staff. Friendly, courteous, and thorough. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
I've been to this office about a half a dozen times and am always amazed at the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. To make it even better they're also very knowledgeable and professional. Very happy we came to this practice.
