As always the staff and Dr. Norige were friendly and efficient. Always willing to help if I have a question-kudos to all of you!
Shelby is so thorough and I advised her I had a chip on a tooth and my bite was off. When Dr. Norige came in she immediately described both items. I was totally surprised Dr. Norige worked on both items. Shelby also provided great advise on how to use my waterpik.
Always good and always right. I can't ask for more.
Switched my children over to Dr. Norige. All 3 of my children ages 14,12,8 Loved it there. They said they liked way better than their other dentist. Friendly atmosphere. So glad we made the change. 😊
My bi-annual dental cleaning went smoothly, despite my dread of it. Wendy, my hygienist, remembers me and asks what's new. I finally started using a waterpik at her suggestion. My cleaning was so professionally done, I couldn't ask for better. Dr. Norige is so friendly and picked right up on the conversation topic as he checked my teeth. I left feeling motivated to take great care of my teeth.
Wonderful staff!! Kind and friendly. They were very gentle. Definitely will recommend to others.
My experience with Dr. Norige and his staff is always a positive one. When I walk through the door I’m always greeted with an office of smiles eager to take care of me. This visit, on time, I didn’t even get a chance to sit down as my dental hygienist greeted me with nice smile and took me her room. This was my first visit to South Windsor Smiles and I have to say I was impressed. Starting with my phone call to set up the appointment and continuing through my departure from the office the staff was pleasant, compassionate and professional. The hygienist who spent most of the appointment with me was truly outstanding, explaining what she was doing every step of the way and taking great care to perform her tasks with no discomfort what so ever.
