My visit to Dr. Norige's office today was uplifting as usual. The staff is always so kind and friendly, and it's always great to have conversation with Dr. Norige. He makes you feel like family and has a genuine interest in how you are doing. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to the office, even though going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, because I know I will be treated with great care.
Although I have always had a tough time 'going to the dentist' since my childhood - after my first visit to South Windsor Smiles I was able to change my mind and after years going there, find it a pleasant experience. Debbie and Dr. Norige are not only professional and welcoming, they are friendly and kind and make my visit a good experience.
I had a visit last week at Smiles and again, as always, a great atmosphere in the waiting room, they do not call it South Windsor Smiles for no reason,... the staff besides being more than competent (especially Heather) takes care of everything and Deb (who takes care of me) is first rate, as I am very nervous when I have work done it has now gotten to a point where I do not even need a topical or shot for cleaning teeth, which is a miracle from where i was years ago, this is a result of Deb and Dr Norige doing great work, e... read more
I have never ever liked going to a dentist's office. I have to say this was absolutely the most positive experience I have ever had going to a dentist. My first impression from he moment I walked in is that not only does the office have a very nice and welcoming energy to it, the staff is very friendly and clearly care about the experience that a patient has. Dr. Norige was so professional and gentle. I'm a wimp when it comes to needles but made it through. First filling in ages where my bite doesn't feel weird after. Never going anywhere else!
I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years, expecting the worst. Shelby, hygienist, worked wonders on my teeth and I am so thankful!
The staff at Dr. Norige' practice are highly competent, caring and always nice. My comfort is a priority, while at the same time I'm given excellent dental care. Dr. Norige is always available and a wonderful dentist. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
This was my first visit and it was for an emergency. They kindly offered me an appointment the very next day. The staff were very welcoming and provided me with a nice gift bag. During my time there both the Doctor and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist.
