The staff is professional, every time I go there I am helped and they are time conscious.
Terrible clinic, don’t go here. Doctors are decent but general staff is terrible. They called me to book a follow up appointment I told them I would call them back later as I couldn’t take notes due to being at work and when I returned their call to book they ignored my voice mail never called back and when I went back to the clinic they didn’t even have records of me being there even though I went to this clinic originally and had bloodwork sent to this clinic as per the doctors orders. I went to the after hour clinic recently. Everything go smoothly from the receptionist to the Dr. Friendly and Professional .
It is with great regret that I must rate this clinic one star. I have nothing but absolutely good things to say about The doctors working here. They have been a tremendous help, are understanding, caring, and works honestly to the best of their abilities. However, most people won't know this. The first people you meet (The front desk staff) completely hinder an otherwise completely respectable place of professionals.
