These people are very unprofessional don’t do business with them. They lost a good customer. I will find used auto parts somewhere else because I kept calling for a part and they couldn’t get the part pulled off a vehicle. They couldn’t send pictures to verify that the part quality is good. The people are very rude and inconsiderate and not good people to do business with. They hung up numerous times
Absolutely Excellent very impressed with the Service, the lady in the office was Great took the call was extremely helpful and got back to me when part was pulled Great parts and pricing. When I showed up the part was ready to go definitely worth the ride from Springfield Thank you again for getting the part for me the same day that I called in for it and made extremely pleasant Not a lot of that around these days A lot of people are generally really grumpy / pissed at the world, Will definitely do a lot more business
I placed an order for a part listed as in stock at a specific price, only to have eEuroparts cancel my order, claiming the item was backordered. What makes this frustrating is that the same part remained listed on their website as in stock, but now at a higher price.
