In my opinion, this office seems more focused on making money than providing thorough care. It feels like they don’t always perform all of the testing that may be necessary before reaching a diagnosis and instead make assumptions about what’s wrong. I believe pets deserve a careful, thorough evaluation, and I left with the impression that their health wasn’t the top priority.
I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by my experience with this veterinary clinic. I brought my dog in for what I believed was a toothache, and she was diagnosed with periodontal disease. She was prescribed medication that, in my experience, was far too strong for her. After starting the medication, her health declined rapidly, and she ultimately suffered kidney failure and passed away. Losing a beloved pet is devastating. I use to adore the doctors at this vet the entire time we had my cat. In the beginning we gravitated to one vet and we stuck with her. She was very kind and conservative. Our boy required yearly teeth cleanings which we were made aware of when he was adopted. Over the past few years the vibe of this office and doctor drastically changed. The vet became pushy and the way she spoke to us made use feel almost guilty if we didn't want to take her recommendations.
