Wonderful place to live
There are some obvious fake posts on here just trying to boost the business. I am a current actual resident and will likely be persecuted for posting this. The owners of the park are greedy. They raise the lot rent to the highest possible and frequently do. Also I parked right outside of my house next to an Un marked unpainted curb one time for only a couple of hours and they towed my car. They dont care I have young kids and am struggling. Janet has made the process so easy. She also tries to get the community evolved with events, dropping off sweet snacks, etc. The neighborhood has plenty of kids all very very sweet
Management arranges fun activities, entryway to neighborhood always looks nice. Resolves issues presented to them quickly.
