We have been extremely happy with the care at this vet. We drive to Creswell from Eugene to have our pets cared for here. Prices are extremely reasonable, staff is compassionate and knowledgeable, and they treat us with respect giving us the information we need to make sometimes difficult decisions. First of all, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, they let me know a run down of costs I was looking at for my visit which made me feel confident. I actually cancelled another appointment with a much more expensive vet in Springfield. Our Doctor was friendly, I had to bring in all three of my young children and she was so patient with all of them. She was thorough and I'm glad it was just a tick! I will be back with my cat, and bunny. :)
I have been taking my two dogs and three cats to this clinic for over a decade. I have never had a problem until my encounter with their most recent receptionist.I have no problem complying with laws and rules regarding office visit relating to heart guard and flea meds being purchased. It's the rude and condescending way this was presented to us that I have an issue with.
The vets here have cared for my dogs and cat for 11 years now. Their staff has always been very friendly, professional and kind. They have taken good care of my furry family and they have my complete trust. Highly recommended.
We had an emergency situation, and they took in our dog on short notice and for half the cost that we were being quoted elsewhere. We are incredibly grateful for their expert care and understanding. Thank you so much South Willamette!!
We have been taking our Boxers there for years and get amazing care & service. We also foster pups for rescue and also get great care from Dr Kris & Dr Ellie. Thank you so much for squeezing my girl in this week to get to the bottom of her dental pain and ease our concerns! We love you guys!!! She's doing great by the way! ❤️
