Three years ago I had heart episode and was in hospital. The hospital recommended the implant of an internal cardiac defibrillator, I rang his surgery to obtain advice but could not get pass the receptionist. She persistently insisted that I send an email so that the doctor could reply. I then received a reply saying whatever the hospital recommended must be correct. I was not sure if it was the doctor’s opinion or that of the receptionist.

Dr. Phong is very knowledgeable and experienced . he controlled my husband,s malignant high blood pressure very successfully about 7 years ago.My husband is now in stable condition . Many thanks to Dr. Phong for saving my husband's life.
