This comment is to reply to Roger Luong's review below as I was not able to write directly to his comment. I was the receptionist directly involved working at the time. During the telephone conversation in early 2022 which Roger called to request if our cardiologist can confirm about an opinion made by another doctor at the hospital suggesting a procedure for him, I advised Roger that our cardiologist is not able to confirm the other doctor's opinion made for him over the phone especially Roger was not seen at clinic for a p... read more
Three years ago I had heart episode and was in hospital. The hospital recommended the implant of an internal cardiac defibrillator, I rang his surgery to obtain advice but could not get pass the receptionist. She persistently insisted that I send an email so that the doctor could reply. I then received a reply saying whatever the hospital recommended must be correct. I was not sure if it was the doctor’s opinion or that of the receptionist.
