While the clinical care I receive from Dr Saks and the optician is good - the receptionist and management is terrible. I’ve have countless appointments over past three years but I think it’s time to leave. You have an appointment at 9am? Expect to see the doctor at 12 midday. I’ve purposely started coming late 9:30 am instead of 9am and had the receptionist make a starky comment about my lateness. If I am late, why am I’m sitting here at 11am still waiting.? Terrible. I’ll be moving ophthalmologist.

My little sister has been a long term patient here since she was five and the clinical care itself has always been great. But for the past couple years we consistently have not received text reminders, even after confirming the correct numbers multiple times. Because of this, we once missed an appointment and had to wait months for the next one. Each time we call, we’re told the reminder was sent on their end, but nothing ever arrives. Had a great experience my 11 year old daughter had a stye on her eye the doctor was amazing removing the problem an making my daughter feel so comfortable ill recommend this place to everyone..great doctor an friendly staff 😊
