Kate who is the customer contact person seriously needs to learn how to talk to patients. No need to take the high road and watch your tone when speaking to patients. Not a good experience when I recently spoke to you. Note for the Drs running this joint, teach your staff manners on how to talk to your clients. We do pay for the services and it's not cheap either.
