I absolutely LOVE Dr.Lich! I couldn't choose a better provider for my children! However the staff isn't the greatest, specifically Edith at the front desk. She has horrible customer service skills and I was told I was too late when I missed my 15 min grace period by less than 1 minute! Not to mention I drive an hour to come to this clinic already!! I'm a single mother of 5, it's hard to get time and a sitter and I was practically turned away! She told me I had to wait another hour to be seen and scoffed at me when I went to ... read more
