For a disability, respite service for carers they sure dont care if last minute cancellations need to be made if you have a family member in ICU fighting for thier life- they still say they will charge the the service. Absolutely disgusting and money hungry attitiude.
Excellent staff and management! They are caring professional who do their best to support the disability people. In addition, the management and staff shared their valuable experiences to the younger generation at zero cost so that they can learn the good practices and be motivated to serve in the community. I strongly recommend Southwest Care!
